Set up notifications

Notifications are a crucial way to stay informed about activity on your Vev page, ensuring you never miss important updates.

You can now enable notifications to receive real-time notifications on orders, bookings, reschedules and much more straight to your device.

  1. Launch your Vev home screen web app
  2. Tap Enable in the Enable Notifications card on your dashboard
  3. Select Allow in the System preferences dialog box

You are all set! Receiving timely alerts for all activities on your Vev page will help you provide better customer service and manage your bookings or orders more efficiently.

Note: Notifications are currently available for iOS and Android. For iOS you need to be on at least iOS 16.4. To enable notifications on iOS you are required to first add Vev as a homescreen webapp. Make sure to include notifications to your focus mode.
